What Model We Follow
(ICI) Model is Innovative Business Model inspired by the concept of learning organization/Hybrid Organization Structure focusing mainly on the fundamental operational units (e.g. Institutions, Companies, Universities, Hospitals, etc.) with main outcome of “Integrated care”, Financial Optimization, Culture Change. The model was developed by the founder; Dr.Ahmed Alamri 11 years ago during his presence in Canada as a trainee then as Academic Professor in one of the well-known Canadian Universities. The Model has undergone further development by a team of experts and presented in many international/national academic institutions/forums/conferences.
The model is in its way to be published after it was implemented in Public Institution for 3 years in Saudi Arabia, then It became a “National Project” called “Takamul” With direct support from the Minister of health & the vice Minister & the CEOs of the medical cities. The model then took another turn when the founder was appointed as CEO of one of the large private/publicly listed companies “CARE”.
The model has won several national and international awards; this includes Honorary Award from the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques in Innovation field, The Gold medals for Two Innovation’s; ICI business model & Mobile Innovation Lab, and the Patient Mini-Mobile Lab in Geneva Innovation Exhibition.
